Supplier Manager (Food Packaging)

Supplier Manager (Maintenance & Repair / Tanks and Vessel): Shaping and leading category strategies for supplier management in processing and packaging equipment with an accent on supplier relationships, continuous improvement, and value creation. Focus on securing supply continuity, driving performance in quality/delivery/cost, conducting market analyses, and executing sourcing/contracting activities.

Location: One of multiple offices in Europe (Lund SE, Hochheim/Glinde DE, Aarhus DK, Lisbon PT, Izmir/Bursa/Istanbul TR, Ljubljana SI, Belgrade RS, London GB, Tomaszkowo/Warszawa PL, Bratislava SK, Budaors HU, Puteaux FR, Utrecht/Heerenveen NL, Bucharest RO, Rīga LV, Athens GR, Arganda del Rey ES). Temporary position (maternity leave replacement).

What you will do

• Manage supplier base ensuring compliance with hirify.global standards and procedures.
• Secure supply continuity and drive performance in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives for procurement efficiency and value creation.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for supplier management and early stakeholder involvement.
• Act as trusted business partner across functions and geographies.
• Conduct industry/supply-market analyses and lead sourcing/contracting activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Economics + at least 3 years in supplier/supply chain management in international context.
• Experience in Supplier Management within food packaging industry.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, relational, leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, break silos, drive change.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Results-oriented, resilient, adaptable, with exceptional organizational skills.
