What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a world-class inbound sales team (ISRs) focused on high-quality qualification and conversion.
  • Set and track clear goals and KPIs, including response times, conversion rates, and ACV.
  • Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and run targeted experiments to improve the MQL to win conversion rate.
  • Build and maintain playbooks and talk tracks for discovery frameworks, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Implement quality control mechanisms, such as call listening and deal reviews, to provide structured feedback.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and Marketing to align on routing rules and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years managing inbound sales teams.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving inbound funnels in high-velocity environments.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and AI-powered sales engagement tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the fintech, payments, or SaaS industry.
  • Experience operating within a hub or shared sales center model serving multiple countries.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Italian.
