What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Field Account Executives to deliver a customer-first sales experience.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for the new market in Spain.
- Drive new business targets through efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos.
- Manage sales forecasting and activity metrics using Salesforce.
- Scale the field sales team through strategic hiring and territory expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and implementation teams.
Requirements
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives.
- Expertise in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in international tech companies and outbound sales.
- Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants (a plus).
