What you will do

  • Own the full outbound motion via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to drive revenue.
  • Conduct discovery calls with Senior Executives to generate interest in ESG solutions.
  • Qualify high-potential opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Research target accounts and map decision-makers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Manage sales activity and performance tracking within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize localized call strategies.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong resilience and confidence in high-volume cold calling.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools (Claude, Gemini).
  • Interest or experience in Sustainability, ESG, or CSR.
