VP Marketing Leader, Technology Partnerships (Fintech): Building and scaling an ISV channel focused on Home & Auto segments to drive B2B2C growth via embedded financing with an accent on channel strategy and dealer activation. Location: Must be based in the US and able to commute to a Hub for in-person engagement.
Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do
- Lead the ISV channel marketing strategy and program execution for the Home & Auto segment.
- Drive B2B2C growth by accelerating dealer acquisition, integration enablement, and activation within ISV platforms.
- Develop joint marketing operating plans for priority partners such as ServiceTitan, WEX, and Housecall Pro.
- Shape the value proposition for embedded financing and create scalable GTM playbooks for launches and onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Legal to ensure compliant delivery and alignment.
- Champion AI adoption to improve campaign development, personalization, and operating efficiency.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship available.
- Ability and flexibility to travel 20–30% as required.
- Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of marketing experience within the credit card industry.
- 7+ years of experience in channel/partner marketing, fintech, or ISV ecosystem growth.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of digital integration concepts, including API-enabled workflows and enterprise integration.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree.
- Experience in Home Specialty, field services, or merchant ecosystems.
- Track record of building repeatable launch and enablement playbooks.
- Demonstrated experience driving AI-enabled marketing transformation.
