What you will do

• Manage and grow key financial services partnerships (e.g., LendingTree, Credit Karma) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with product organizations to develop seamless, consumer-focused end-to-end customer experiences.
• Develop partnership structures, contracts, and incentive models to drive mutual growth and alignment.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify actionable opportunities for program optimization.
• Coordinate with internal creative, product, and analytics teams to deliver tools and content that drive partnership engagement.
• Align with the Business Development team to support and scale new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing and partnerships, ideally with financial products.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses through partnership optimization and marketing channel growth.
• Expertise in account management and strategic partner engagement.
• Strong ability to leverage data analysis and insights to drive step-function growth.
• Solid project management, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Unable to facilitate H1-B Visa transfer, sponsorship, or STEM-OPT Visa.
