What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS and Android engineers, fostering extreme ownership.
- Own the delivery of the product vision from technical strategy to day-to-day execution.
- Make key technical decisions, balancing innovation and velocity with tech debt.
- Remain hands-on (40% of the role) by reviewing code and challenging architectural choices.
- Drive AI integration opportunities to enhance user experience and product innovation.
- Scale the mobile engineering organization as the product continues to grow.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-traffic B2C consumer apps with millions of active users.
- Experience leading both iOS and Android teams in product-driven, high-velocity environments.
- Deep technical expertise with the ability to contribute to the codebase and architecture.
- Startup or scale-up DNA with experience in fast iteration cycles and ambiguity.
- Data-driven leadership approach focused on metrics, analytics, and business outcomes.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
Nice to have
- Expertise in streaming video, media frameworks, and real-time content delivery.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile applications.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion optimization.
