What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, and development for performant, secure Swift-based iOS apps with video integrations and personalization.
• Manage and mentor iOS engineering team, conduct reviews, promote testing, CI/CD, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Data, AI/ML, and backend teams to deliver user-first features.
• Own KPIs including app performance, crash rates, release cadence, and user engagement.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, and participate in production incident triage.

Requirements

• 7+ years iOS development, 2+ years managing engineering teams
• Expert Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, AVFoundation
• Experience with high-scale iOS apps for video/content platforms, mobile architecture, design patterns
• Deep knowledge of video streaming (HLS, DASH), GraphQL/REST APIs, CI/CD (Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
• Strong communication and product-oriented mindset
