What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 4–5 engineers through 1:1s, mentorship, and a collaborative environment.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to align on priorities and shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by writing code, reviewing PRs, and participating in technical decisions across backend, web, and mobile.
• Guide architectural decisions and champion engineering excellence to ensure sustainable delivery.
• Drive the adoption of agentic engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools within the team.
• Contribute to an inclusive engineering culture rooted in psychological safety and Voi's core values.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer building reliable software in fast-paced environments.
• Generalist technical background with experience in backend, web, and/or mobile development.
• 2+ years of experience in a tech lead, senior, or informal leadership capacity.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and an interest in agentic workflows.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
