What you will do

• Own the end-to-end engineering execution and delivery of high-quality, revenue-impacting products.
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performance engineering team while raising the hiring bar.
• Optimize development processes to increase velocity and reduce the time from idea to production.
• Define and enforce key architectural decisions to ensure system scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of AI Agent Systems to align engineering output with business goals.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows and tools into the development process to increase overall output.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Track record of rapid product delivery in high-growth environments.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to make key architectural decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with product and business teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco and work from the office 5 days per week.
