What you will do

• Proactively engage customers to enhance their website performance through upgraded hosting packages and solutions.
• Identify performance issues and provide expert guidance on settings, caching, and alternative package add-ons.
• Qualify potential customers for upgrade, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities.
• Take ownership of customer cases and ensure timely follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction.
• Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline for reporting using Hubspot CRM.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest products, procedures, and policies of the company.

Requirements

• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales or customer success with a solution-focused approach and strong empathy.
• Strong technical understanding of WordPress and other CMS systems at both user and administration levels.
• Ability to turn dissatisfied customers into happy ones through active listening and problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Copenhagen, Denmark.
