About the Role

You will own the end-to-end sales process for Nordic public sector customers. You will map accounts and stakeholders, prospect and secure discovery meetings, nurture relationships to drive renewals and expansions, create territory strategies, maintain pipeline and forecasting, run innovation workshops and demos, produce customer-facing briefs, and gather customer feedback to influence product.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2G SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Experience selling into public sector, government, or regulatory environments in the Nordics
  • Deep knowledge of Nordic government workflows and public procurement processes
  • Established executive-level network across Nordic public sector agencies (preferred)
  • Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure deals
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with AML, CTF, KYC, and sanctions frameworks
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, digital assets, or blockchain analytics (preferred)
  • Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate prospecting, proposals, and content production
  • Autonomous, proactive work style and exceptional written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Map accounts and identify stakeholders, decision-makers, budgets, and use cases
  • Prospect and secure discovery meetings with new stakeholders and agencies
  • Secure 8+ discovery meetings across at least 5 Nordic agencies within the first 30 days
  • Nurture client relationships and drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions
  • Create and execute territory strategies to meet revenue and retention goals
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline coverage and rigorous forecasting
  • Develop product and regulatory expertise and run innovation workshops and demos
  • Produce customer-facing one-pagers and workshop briefs within 5 business days
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Cultivate customer advocacy and referrals
