• Lead the Danish Customer Center & Sales organization, managing approximately 450 employees and 40 leaders.
• Drive the integration of technology, processes, and culture following the merger of If and Topdanmark.
• Ensure operational excellence and financial performance across sales and service operations in Denmark.
• Collaborate with the Nordic management team to scale best practices in workforce management and analytics.
• Implement a new business system and develop scalable processes to strengthen digital sales.

Requirements

• Higher academic or university degree.
• Executive leadership experience from large Nordic organizations.
