Outbound Sales Specialist (FoodTech): Expanding the community of partners by onboarding restaurants and food retailers to fight food waste with an accent on cold acquisition and lead generation. Focus on market research, B2B relationship building, and on-field partner onboarding in the Emilia-Romagna region.

Location: Hybrid (Bologna or Modena, Italy). Must be available to travel around Emilia-Romagna.

What you will do

• Research the market to identify decision-makers and generate interest in hirify.global.
• Proactively contact potential partners via phone, email, and face-to-face visits (70%+ of time).
• Conduct field visits 2 days a week to meet restaurant owners and open store profiles in the app.
• Train new partners on app usage and advise them on the best food waste solutions.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth departments to maximize results.

Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, including cold acquisition.
• Strong communication skills for email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Fluent Italian and a good understanding of spoken and written English.
• Ideally located in Bologna or Modena.
• Willingness to travel is essential (owning a vehicle is beneficial).
• Genuine passion for the mission of fighting food waste.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Previous experience in the food sector.
