What you will do

• Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio in Lombardy and Piedmont.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospects.
• Provide consultative sales support to identify the best solutions for customer needs.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze customer KPIs to drive performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain CRM records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proven experience in B2B services sales.
• Good command of English (B1 level or above).
• Analytical mindset with confidence in using data and reporting tools like Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to work in the field and build direct customer relationships.
