What you will do
- Take ownership of targeted outbound outreach to potential clients via cold calls and personalized messaging.
- Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality demo handovers.
- Craft tailored value propositions by analyzing pain points for industrial stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
- Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and track industry trends in P2P and O2C processes.
- Prioritize complex client tasks and identify bottlenecks to drive deals forward.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business, or a similar field.
- Confidence in cold calling, utilizing scripts, and asking open-ended questions.
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, with high attention to detail.
- Resilience in handling rejection and the ability to maintain momentum through long sales cycles.
- Must be based in or be able to work from London (Onsite) or the UK (Hybrid).
