What you will do

  • Proactively reach out to new potential customers and pre-qualify leads to ensure fit with hirify.global’s offerings
  • Research contact details, find prospects, and generate touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, and emails
  • Travel 30-40% of time to events, fairs, and company events
  • Develop and implement new lead generation ideas with team lead and team
  • Track all data in Salesforce regularly and follow up on prospects to build relationships

Requirements

  • German (C2) and English fluent required
  • 6 months experience in cold calling and strategic outreach preferred; strong motivation and attitude accepted otherwise
  • Self-initiative to exceed KPIs on outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
  • Comfortable with company changes, persuasion skills, enthusiasm for technical topics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have

  • Additional languages: Italian, French, Spanish
  • High self-confidence, drive, resilience, tolerance for rejection
  • Ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts
