What you will do
- Use AI to detect early intent signals like funding, hiring, tech changes and act on them.
- Build and iterate enrichment/sequencing workflows in HubSpot, Clay, Apollo.
- Execute personalized multi-channel outbound via email, LinkedIn, phone, video with AI research.
- Self-coach using Gong and share experiments across GTM team.
- Co-own territory strategy and stakeholder maps with Account Executives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in BDR/SDR role with proven results
- Experience building AI-powered outbound workflows, not one-off prompts.
- Strong HubSpot knowledge; transferable CRM experience welcome.
- Gong usage for self-coaching.
- Sector experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or adjacent enterprise SaaS
- Ownership of outputs, iteration, and accountability for pipeline.
