What you will do
- Develop inbound and outbound campaigns from idea to qualified calls, working closely with Sales and Marketing.
- Interact with IT and business decision-makers via phone, video, LinkedIn, and email to build product knowledge.
- Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce and set qualified introductory meetings for Sales team.
- Nurture early opportunities, exceed monthly/quarterly quotas, and provide insights to improve processes.
- Build relationships with Account Executives and Marketing to maximize business wins.
- Invest in self-development through training, bootcamps, and mentorship for career growth.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
- Self-starter with track record of hitting/exceeding goals and 'hunter' mentality for prospecting/cold-calling.
- Outstanding communication skills (phone, written, active listening) and ability to learn quickly.
- High work ethic, drive for success, open to feedback, and comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cutting-edge technology and IT solutions; additional European languages (French, German, Dutch) a plus.
