What you will do

  • Lead the expansion of the commercial facilities business across restaurants, hotels, karaoke venues, and shopping malls.
  • Manage B2B revenue management, pricing strategies, and market forecasting to achieve revenue targets.
  • Handle negotiations and contracts with new and existing customers, sales partners, and J.League clubs.
  • Plan and execute the launch of new products and develop distribution channels.
  • Implement marketing and promotional plans to maximize business impact.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to drive contract execution and prevent unauthorized distribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience in channel sales or channel partner management.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in or able to work in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a global company.
  • Background in the video streaming industry.
  • Marketing knowledge specifically related to the sports business.
  • Strong passion for sports and sports content.
