What you will do

  • Define and refine the overall architecture and gold standards for scaling client relationships and account management processes.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new partners to ensure seamless platform integration.
  • Act as the primary strategic point of contact for enterprise clients, from UA Managers to technical Lead Developers.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the partner portfolio to drive expansion revenue and maximize lifetime value.
  • Analyze complex performance data to provide actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Bridge the gap between client needs and product/tech teams using CRM and ticketing systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS environment with a deep understanding of subscription lifecycles and retention.
  • Experience within the mobile ad-tech or gaming ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk).
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets for translating raw data into growth insights.
  • Fluent English proficiency; German language skills are a bonus.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.
