What you will do

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in the German market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and negotiation to closing and upselling.
  • Demonstrate the value and impact of the AI-powered SaaS platform to organizations of all sizes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot to optimize pipeline and sales performance.
  • Monitor the European public procurement landscape to uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital sales, specifically within SaaS, cloud, or license-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in Value- or Solution Selling and qualification frameworks like MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or BANT.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management and high CRM data discipline.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in Germany or have existing work authorization for the country.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-velocity or consultative sales environments.
  • Knowledge of public procurement or regulated markets.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
