TL;DR

Talent Lead (Talent Acquisition): Own the strategy and execution of hiring for every role in the business with an accent on sourcing exceptional technical talent and building efficient hiring pipelines. Focus on configuring ATS systems, managing multi-channel sourcing, closing senior candidates against competition, and creating data-driven hiring analytics.

Location: On-site in London (Farringdon office) with hybrid work requiring at least 2 days a week in person. UK visa sponsorship available for exceptional global candidates.

What you will do

  • Own talent strategy and execution, defining job requirements with hiring managers and ensuring every role has a live pipeline of top candidates.
  • Source candidates via direct outbound, referrals, 3rd-party partners, events, communities, and inbound channels.
  • Configure and run ATS (Ashby) with stages, scorecards, interview plans, and reporting for efficient triage and progression.
  • Train hiring managers on playbooks, keep pipelines active, and ensure fast decisions and high offer acceptance (>95%).
  • Build compounding hiring engine with analytics, 90-day hire reviews, and post-mortems to improve sourcing and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing and hiring technical roles into high-bar companies.
  • Excellent written communication for compelling cold outbound to senior technical candidates.
  • Experience standing up hiring functions, configuring ATS like Ashby, and creating scorecards/interview plans.
  • Proven track record closing senior candidates against competing offers.
  • Selecting and managing third-party search partners.
  • Comfort with data, dashboards, and performance reporting for hiring.
