What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate scheduling and collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain high data quality and process consistency within the ATS.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
