TL;DR

Business Recruiter (SaaS): Managing full-cycle recruitment for non-technical organizations to attract top-tier global talent with an accent on talent strategy and candidate experience. Focus on optimizing the interview process, leveraging recruiting tools, and ensuring high bars for performance and culture.

Location: Hybrid; must be based at one of hirify.global's physical hubs (San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, or Sydney) with a baseline of 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers across non-technical organizations to align on and develop talent strategies.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the process.
  • Utilize recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in recruitment events to promote hirify.global as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of full-cycle Business recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume and evergreen hiring.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Workday, and other recruiting tools (Calendly, Lever, Goodtime, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Must be based at one of the company's physical hubs.
  • GTM or agency experience is highly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI tools and trends to enhance sourcing, engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
