What you will do

• Oversee critical business areas and support employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coach leaders and executives on organizational design, individual performance reviews, and compensation strategies.
• Develop and lead talent strategy initiatives, including mentoring and career path development.
• Enhance global people processes to create an optimal strategy for growth and scalability.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist managing the full people cycle.
• Strong experience in Spanish Employment Law and/or a good understanding of French Employment Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-growing international environment.
• Perfect fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple complex subjects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
