What you will do

• Provide proactive advisory and support to key business stakeholders and senior management
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including salary and performance reviews, and engagement planning
• Handle high-level employee relations issues like grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals
• Own and deliver complex cross-functional HR projects aligned with business goals
• Coordinate policy implementation and improvements with stakeholders

Requirements

• Relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in global, fast-paced tech environment
• Experience managing and resolving disciplinary issues with business stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and CCNL Commercio (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
• High proficiency in Google Suite and data-driven problem-solving
• Strong organizational, relational, and project management skills for cross-team coordination
