What you will do
- Provide proactive advisory and support to key business stakeholders and senior management
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including salary and performance reviews, and engagement planning
- Handle high-level employee relations issues like grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals
- Own and deliver complex cross-functional HR projects aligned with business goals
- Coordinate policy implementation and improvements with stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in global, fast-paced tech environment
- Experience managing and resolving disciplinary issues with business stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Italian employment legislation and CCNL Commercio (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written)
- High proficiency in Google Suite and data-driven problem-solving
- Strong organizational, relational, and project management skills for cross-team coordination
