What you will do

• Develop reporting and analytics to measure L&D impact and effectiveness.
• Design and roll out L&D programs aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define career paths.
• Manage end-to-end learning initiatives and coordinate timelines.
• Curate and maintain learning content libraries and resources.

Requirements

• Background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset to interpret learning data for continuous improvement.
• Experience in instructional design and learner-centered content development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Must be based in Austria, Germany, Spain, UK, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, or Croatia.

Nice to have

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with content authoring tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or Canva.
• Experience in career pathing or talent framework design.
• Knowledge of performance management processes and tools.
