What you will do
- Develop reporting and analytics to measure L&D impact and effectiveness.
- Design and roll out L&D programs aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define career paths.
- Manage end-to-end learning initiatives and coordinate timelines.
- Curate and maintain learning content libraries and resources.
Requirements
- Background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset to interpret learning data for continuous improvement.
- Experience in instructional design and learner-centered content development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern methodologies.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Must be based in Austria, Germany, Spain, UK, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, or Croatia.
Nice to have
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with content authoring tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or Canva.
- Experience in career pathing or talent framework design.
- Knowledge of performance management processes and tools.
