Associate People Business Partner (HR)

TL;DR

Associate People Business Partner (HR): Supporting the PBP function and client groups in the Southern region with an accent on tactical execution and HR expertise. Focus on employee relations, managing Works Councils consultations, and improving employee engagement through data-driven reporting.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (must be in the office three days a week)

What you will do

• Provide HR support and advice to 1st line managers on talent development and retention.
• Implement People Programs successfully across the Southern region.
• Manage employee relations matters end-to-end in collaboration with Legal and ER teams.
• Facilitate preparation of information and consultations for Works Councils in France, Spain, and Germany.
• Generate quarterly HR reports and data-driven presentations for All Hand meetings.
• Partner with the Global People Services Team to ensure accuracy of employee data and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
• 4–6 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist and/or in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws in Spain and France.
• French or Dutch language proficiency is a valuable asset.
• Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems (Workday is a plus).
• Must be based in Barcelona to support the hybrid work model.
