What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 enablement specialists, managing operations, capacity, career paths, and performance reviews.
  • Own and execute CX Enablement OKRs and Masterplan, delivering initiatives like NEO onboarding redesign and role-specific curricula using project management methodologies.
  • Align with CX Directors and Managers, managing intake requests via Jira and ensuring strategies support business objectives.
  • Implement Time-to-Proficiency (TTP) and ROI measurement models, correlating training with metrics like upselling revenue, agent productivity, and CSAT.
  • Oversee Unified NEO and ELEVATE LMS deployment, partnering with Data team for API integrations and PowerBI dashboards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years proven experience strictly as a Manager leading training, enablement, or L&D teams, preferably in SaaS or scale-up
  • Deep understanding of building learning strategies impacting KPIs and revenue
  • Strong project management skills with OKRs, dependencies, and team capacity
  • Data-driven with experience in LMS analytics, BI tools like PowerBI, and ROI proof
