HR Business Partner

TL;DR

What you will do

• Partner with leaders including CEO to translate business strategy into people priorities, focusing on manager effectiveness, team performance, and retention.
• Build best practices for managers on performance conversations, feedback, goal setting, and team health.
• Own and improve performance and salary review cycles, ensuring fairness and consistency.
• Drive compensation and benefits practices including benchmarking and salary frameworks.
• Coach managers on leadership, handle employee relations, and collaborate with HR Operations.
• Use data to identify gaps and drive initiatives for organizational effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in HR Business Partner or strong HR generalist role, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Solid experience in compensation, salary reviews, and performance management.
• Proven coaching and challenging managers with business acumen to influence seniors.
• Fluency in English required; Turkish and Spanish a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive with high autonomy in fast-paced setting.
• Experience in international or multi-location teams a plus.
