What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Manage regional budget and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in sales, 5+ years in leadership, preferably in software/technology/industrial sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, PLM, CAD technologies.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Japan region and occasionally internationally.
- Experience with CRM like Salesforce.
