What you will do
- Execute sales strategies and manage direct customer engagement to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the Benelux territory.
- Develop and maintain rolling territory plans to ensure over 50% of time is spent in direct customer contact.
- Lead internal VTS sales support resources and coordinate with Customer Care, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and monitor competitive activities.
- Manage customer payment performance in cooperation with local sales and credit control teams.
- Collaborate with the broader sales organization to position the company as a premium supplier.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in service requirements and a demonstrable track record of sales success.
- Strong direct selling, negotiation, and influencing skills, applicable at senior customer levels.
- Ability to create and execute problem resolution plans to drive business opportunities to conclusion.
- Language proficiency appropriate for the Benelux geography.
- Availability for extensive travel within the territory and occasional travel beyond.
- Must be able to work from any location globally.
