What you will do

  • Develop and execute new business sales approaches to acquire customers in the Spanish mid-market.
  • Generate and manage a self-sourced pipeline with a strong outbound focus.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with significant autonomy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain to meet the hybrid office requirement.
  • Proven ability to generate sales opportunities independently through prospecting.
  • Advanced negotiation skills for closing moderately complex or high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of business financials and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in advanced CRM and sales management tools.
  • Ability to operate independently with full accountability for commercial results.
