What you will do
- Develop and execute new business sales approaches to acquire customers in the Spanish mid-market.
- Generate and manage a self-sourced pipeline with a strong outbound focus.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with significant autonomy to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain to meet the hybrid office requirement.
- Proven ability to generate sales opportunities independently through prospecting.
- Advanced negotiation skills for closing moderately complex or high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of business financials and customer needs.
- Proficiency in advanced CRM and sales management tools.
- Ability to operate independently with full accountability for commercial results.
