What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers to identify and shape new business opportunities using multivendor Software & Cloud solutions.
- Lead and support RFP and proposal processes, coordinating internal teams and multiple vendors to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within named accounts to increase customer value and gross profit.
- Support customer onboarding and service adaptation across multivendor platforms to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Global Service Delivery Centers (GSDC) and vendor partners to ensure seamless service integration.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in customer meetings and presentations regarding multivendor solution capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong collaboration skills for working with sales teams on strategic, high-potential accounts.
- Commercial awareness to connect industry trends and customer needs with multivendor cloud solutions.
- Experience in sales enablement regarding products, licensing, services, and solution positioning.
- Ability to resolve complex customer or delivery issues by coordinating across account teams and vendors.
- Customer intelligence mindset, using data and insights to build trusted relationships.
- Understanding of structured sales methodologies and value-based selling approaches.
