Software & Cloud Consultant (Multivendor): Designing and driving strategic multivendor software and cloud solutions for customers and prospects with an accent on value-based selling and solution strategy. Focus on leading RFP processes, coordinating internal and vendor teams, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities in named accounts.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify and shape new business opportunities using multivendor Software & Cloud solutions.
  • Lead and support RFP and proposal processes, coordinating internal teams and multiple vendors to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within named accounts to increase customer value and gross profit.
  • Support customer onboarding and service adaptation across multivendor platforms to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Global Service Delivery Centers (GSDC) and vendor partners to ensure seamless service integration.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in customer meetings and presentations regarding multivendor solution capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration skills for working with sales teams on strategic, high-potential accounts.
  • Commercial awareness to connect industry trends and customer needs with multivendor cloud solutions.
  • Experience in sales enablement regarding products, licensing, services, and solution positioning.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer or delivery issues by coordinating across account teams and vendors.
  • Customer intelligence mindset, using data and insights to build trusted relationships.
  • Understanding of structured sales methodologies and value-based selling approaches.
