What you will do

• Lead technical engagements for high-value partners migrating from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
• Conduct migration readiness assessments and provide expert guidance throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Deliver hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and remediation during platform transitions.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve tooling and workflows based on partner feedback.
• Develop solution documentation, user guides, and deliver technical training via webinars and onsite sessions.
• Manage multiple concurrent migration initiatives and coordinate project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software implementation.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global products, specifically RMM, Automate, and SIEM.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage large processes independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partner relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical roles within SaaS, automation, monitoring, or AI.
