What you will do
- Design scalable, future-proof solution architectures that align business strategy and technical capability across multi-system environments.
- Create AI-augmented solution blueprints and reference architectures to serve as repeatable assets for the PS organization.
- Own the AI delivery strategy, automating implementation tasks, discovery processes, and QA workflows to scale output.
- Partner with Sales and Product to shape winning solution narratives and validate technical viability for high-value enterprise deals.
- Establish delivery and governance frameworks and architectural guardrails to ensure quality across multi-phase implementations.
- Analyze systemic product gaps across engagements to influence the product roadmap and reduce implementation complexity.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in business consulting, solution architecture, or implementation leadership within a SaaS environment.
- Deep fluency in marketing performance management, budget allocation, or marketing operations.
- Proven track record of leading discovery and solutioning with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI transformation initiatives and designing AI-powered workflows to scale team output.
- Ability to build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards.
- Understanding of API integration-first strategies and familiarity with middleware like Workato or Mulesoft.
Nice to have
- Experience working in pre-sales or deal support capacity alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering.
- Experience advising Customer Success Managers on platform expansion strategies and AI adoption journeys.
