TL;DR

Intern - Customer Solutions (AI): Supporting the deployment and governance of AI solutions through customer engagement and asset development with an accent on data engineering and machine learning. Focus on building technical demos, executing scaled enablement programs, and shadowing sales engineering and customer success workflows.

What you will do

  • Shadow Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and services consultants to build on-the-job proficiency.
  • Lead and execute scaled programs, including webinars, office hours, user coaching, and enablement sessions.
  • Develop reusable assets such as demo projects, use cases, and technical presentations tailored to specific industries.
  • Participate in direct 1:1 customer engagements alongside experienced team members.
  • Represent and promote the hirify.global Academy Program within your university.
  • Drive special initiatives and collaboration projects with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 6-month full-time internship.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Background in Data Engineering and/or Data Science with exposure to AI/ML concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable presenting, running workshops, or engaging in group discussions.
  • Self-starter with a passion for technology and driving value for users.
