Solution Consultant (SaaS)

TL;DR

Solution Consultant (SaaS): Designing and delivering customer solutions that align business objectives with product capabilities with an accent on solution design and customer advisory. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and ensuring successful implementation and transition to Customer Success.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office). Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define customer business objectives, processes, and system requirements.
• Design end-to-end scalable solutions that align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding solution decisions, tradeoffs, and best practices.
• Partner with Project Managers and Configuration Specialists to ensure solutions are executed according to design.
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback based on customer needs and delivery experience.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in solution consulting, implementation consulting, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and documentation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Current, unrestricted authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems.
• Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) or membership-based platforms.
• Experience working with associations, nonprofits, or membership-driven organizations.
