What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term professional relationships.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, monitoring timelines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate seamless communication across internal teams and manage smooth handovers during shift transitions.
• Document all client communications accurately and relay critical information to relevant internal teams.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or delays to minimize impact on the client.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including overnight duties.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays based on service needs.
