Location: 100% remote, must be based in Mexico
Salary: $16,480 MXN gross monthly + Performance Bonuses

What you will do
- Provide world-class support to users and partners via chat, resolving complex queries efficiently.
- Execute cross-border transactions with precision to ensure timely fund delivery.
- Maintain service continuity during operational peaks and all weekends.
- Transform daily user interactions into actionable insights for Technical and Product teams.
- Precisely document cases and handle strategic escalations.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in customer support or the remittance/financial services industry.
- Total commitment to working every weekend with rotating shifts.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom) and G Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced English (written and oral) for internal global collaboration.
