What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 after-sales support requests.
  • Manage the complete end-to-end merchant onboarding and amendment process.
  • Provide telephone and email support for financial queries and basic technical product questions.
  • Process customer, partner, and third-party requests according to SLAs and quality requirements.
  • Execute recurring operational tasks such as money returns, OTP-queues, and statistics.
  • Collaborate with the sales department and technical support teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Care with a strong client focus.
  • Very good verbal and written business communication skills in Hungarian.
  • Good verbal and written business communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw, Poland.
