What you will do

• Create formal quotations and manage project initiation by collecting required samples and documentation.
• Monitor and update project status to ensure efficient and timely operations.
• Coordinate between internal labs and external clients to resolve issues and optimize resource usage.
• Prepare and distribute output documentation, including certificates, reports, and confirmation letters.
• Execute financial processes, including issuing and sending invoices to clients.
• Support the sales team in handling customer complaints and other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• College or university degree holder.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to provide excellent support.
• 2026 or 2027 graduate student, or current student available to work 4-5 days per week.
