TL;DR

Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative (Fintech): Providing telephone support for retirement plan participants, employers, and third-party specialists with an accent on account management, contribution processing, and customer education. Focus on resolving complex inquiries regarding financial policies and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a high-volume call center environment.

Location: Remote (Hybrid) - Must be within commuting distance of Greenwood Village, CO and able to come into the office 4-6 times per year.

Salary: $39,700 - $54,550

What you will do

  • Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and specialists.
  • Educate and hirify.global customers regarding their retirement savings accounts without cold calling or sales.
  • Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients.
  • Process general account changes based on customer direction.
  • Collaborate with a team of associates in a call center environment.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Associates degree or higher with 1+ year of customer service experience, OR 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including non-traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays.
  • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 50Mbps download/10Mbps upload).

  • Strong passion for providing quality customer service.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for a diverse customer base.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn complex financial industry policies.
