What you will do

• Answer questions and resolve queries via inbound calls, emails, and a secure messaging system.
• Provide support across a range of investment products in line with service level agreements.
• Ensure all client interactions strictly adhere to internal compliance policies.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced client services department to maintain award-winning service standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to commute to Manchester, UK for hybrid work.
• Five GCSEs grades A*-C (or equivalent), including Maths & English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a call or contact center role.
• Prior exposure to the financial services industry.
