What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Own regional forecast and pipeline health, ensuring accuracy and disciplined deal execution.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans for State and Local government agencies.
• Drive new business acquisition and expansion within the Western US region.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key agencies and partners.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to win complex, multi-threaded strategic deals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding team quotas.
• Deep understanding of State and Local (SLG) procurement processes.
• Ability to travel 40%+.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling hardware, software, SaaS, and AI solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
