What you will do

• Manage commercial relationships and joint roadmaps with global and regional payment vendors and service providers.
• Lead negotiations for processing rates, FX terms, and contract renewals to optimize payment economics.
• Identify and launch high-impact local payment methods to expand global coverage.
• Monitor and tune fraud, chargeback, and acceptance metrics across all processors.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.

Requirements

• Deep experience in e-commerce payments, payment operations, or on the provider/processor side.
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial terms with payment vendors.
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including processors, fraud systems, and MOR vs. reseller models.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and external partnerships.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to London or Helsinki.
