What you will do

• Prioritize and implement growth-focused features, in-game events, sales, and campaigns to expand the player base.
• Manage daily live operations for early-game and returning player experiences to drive retention and conversion.
• Collaborate with development pods to ideate, define, and deliver new features and game changes.
• Lead small to medium scale projects from concept to completion, managing scope and timelines.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify user pain points and implement informed improvements.
• Develop and execute in-game communication strategies to optimize the player engagement path.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management and live operations within the F2P mobile gaming landscape.
• Deep understanding of 4X strategy, MMO, or RPG game mechanics and community-driven player behavior.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to map intuitive player journeys and create scalable design specs.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret complex data sets for decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Must be based in Spain, the UK, or Ireland.
