What you will do

• Own the 12–18 month roadmap for the payroll platform
• Define feature priorities and identify product gaps
• Work closely with engineering, payroll experts, and leadership
• Support customer migration from legacy payroll systems
• Ensure UK payroll legislative compliance
• Use product metrics and customer insight to guide decisions and enable sales teams

Requirements

• Product Manager with experience in payroll software
• Strong understanding of UK payroll processes
• Experience building SaaS products
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and cross-functional teams
• Must have Payroll experience
• Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to demonstrate impact
