Salary: $155,000 (for US-based roles)

What you will do
- Drive growth initiatives to optimize discovery and conversion rates across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and test growth hypotheses using A/B testing and experimental frameworks.
- Own and execute strategic 6-month roadmaps to drive key growth metrics such as backer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, insights, and marketing to launch quality user experiences.
- Coordinate complex cross-platform roll-outs including QA, Legal, and Product Marketing alignment.
- Translate user insights and research into actionable projects and clear communication for executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of driving growth for consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience with marketplace or e-commerce products and reducing user friction.
- Must be based in or able to move to the UK or specific US states (CA, CO, CT, GA, IL, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OR, VA, VT, WA).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high levels of ambiguity.
- Comfortable operating in technical discussions and evaluating product tradeoffs with engineering managers.
